We offer a 10 year limited warranty on refinishing services. The warranty covers bubbling, blistering, warping, and peeling due to workmanship or product defects, during normal residential use.

We do not handle plumbing. A qualified plumber will need to disconnect water controls, spouts, shower heads, drain stoppers, etc. prior to and following refinishing.
If you follow our maintenance instructions, your refinished tile should last for many years.
Usually, refinishing a previously refinished tile is not a problem, but there is some extra work involved with striping the old coating. Please let us know if your bathroom has already been refinished. Of course, if the problems that caused the previously refinished wall to prematurately break down, like a leakly faucet, they should be addressed prior to refinishing.
It is best to paint the walls, especially where they meet the tub, after refinishing. Prepping the tub for refinishing requires masking off the area around the tub, and fresh paint is notorious for chipping or peeling. Boise Bathtub Refinishing is not responsible for any paint peeling or chipping that takes place during refinishing
Urethane finishes contain solvents which are necessary to make the surface hard and durable. We use ventilation fans to exhaust odors and smells from your home.
